Leda VanderLaan is known for being the calm in the storm during one of life’s biggest transitions. With over a decade of real estate experience, she has built her business around strong communication, thoughtful strategy, skilled negotiation, and creating a smooth experience for her clients from start to finish.
As a full-time Realtor® with RE/MAX United, Leda believes every client and every transaction is unique. She takes pride in truly listening to her clients’ needs, helping them navigate the details of the process with confidence, and providing steady guidance through every stage of buying or selling a home.

Before beginning her real estate career, Leda and her husband built three homes together, giving her firsthand experience in construction, design, remodeling, and the emotional side of creating a home. That experience continues to benefit her clients today — whether discussing layout potential, renovation ideas, resale value, or simply helping clients envision what a home could become.

Clients often describe Leda as responsive, trustworthy, easy to work with, and highly detail-oriented. Her ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems creatively, and communicate clearly has helped her build a business largely based on referrals and repeat clients throughout West Michigan.

Originally from Stevensville, Michigan, with Lake Michigan as her backyard, Leda now proudly calls Rockford home with her husband Brian and their family. She loves the strong sense of community West Michigan offers and appreciates the relationships she’s built both personally and professionally throughout the area.

Outside of real estate, Leda enjoys boating, photography, spending time with family, and supporting organizations that are meaningful to her family and community.
